Paul Lecat is in charge of the administrative and scientific secretariat of Archival City.
Doctoral student at the ACP laboratory (UPEM), his research focuses on the construction of Parisian peripheral spaces. His thesis, under the supervision of Frédéric Moret and Charlotte Vorms, analyses in particular the development of the neighborhood of « la Réunion » from 1848 to 1930.
In Archival City, he works more specifically on the Seine 54 project. He thus supervises the digitisation work, OCR processing of the 1954 censuses and the spatialisation of the data with the vectorisation of the city block of Paris and its suburbs.
